The survey, administered through a third-party research company, Energage, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, and is voluntarily completed by employees. Participants have the opportunity to leave comments, providing more insight into their attitudes about their employer. Employees at Accent are not at all surprised that this family-owned company is getting recognition as a great employer.
